  • 1 in 3 porn views are women
  • 2.5 billion emails with a pornographic nature are sent every day
  • 25% of all search engine queries relate to pornographic material
  • 20% of men admitted to watching porn whilst at work

Clearly Internet porn addiction is something we must take more must begin to take more seriously. Like gambling addiction, Internet porn addiction is a form of behavioural addiction. Internet pornography is addictive because watching porn causes the brain to release the primary pleasure producing chemical known as dopamine.
